Motion control expertise that solves your challenges

We have covered a wide range of scientific applications, including microscopy, spectroscopy, and robotics.  Motion control projects have involved x-ray diffraction, neutron scattering, and synchrotron radiation to name a few. Our solutions have been used in scientific research institutions, universities, and industrial laboratories across the world.

Diamond Light Source synchrotron project

One notable project that Faraday Motion Controls has been involved in is the Diamond Light project in Oxfordshire, UK. The Diamond Light Source is a state-of-the-art synchrotron facility that produces very intense beams of light that scientists use to study the atomic and molecular structure of a wide range of materials.

Faraday Motion Controls has worked closely with the Diamond Light Source facility to provide motion control solutions that are critical to the success of their research. Our expertise in precision motion control has been instrumental in ensuring the accurate positioning of samples and detectors within the synchrotron beamline.
